This page explains our general returns process. Nothing here is intended to remove statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
CANCELLATIONS
Changing your mind
Cancelling before dispatch+
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If payment has already been received, we will explain the applicable refund process.
Consumer cancellation rights+
Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days from the day after you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel. If an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the period normally runs from receipt of the last item. Certain statutory exceptions may apply depending on the goods and circumstances; we will not rely on an exception unless it applies to the particular return.
Returning goods after cancellation+
Where you validly cancel and a return is required, goods should normally be sent back within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. Contact us first for the return address and instructions. Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or we agree otherwise, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning them. You should take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.
PROBLEMS
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable rights.
Opened or handled goods+
Return eligibility can depend on the nature and condition of the goods and the reason for return. Keep the original packaging while an issue is assessed.
REFUNDS
How refunds are handled
Refund timing+
Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, we will refund the sums required by law, including the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. We may withhold reimbursement until returned goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where the law permits. Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline, normally using the same means of payment unless another method is expressly agreed.
