How do I pay for an order?+
Website orders are paid securely using Fena Pay by Bank. At checkout you are redirected to Fena, where you choose your bank and authorise the payment through your bank's secure Open Banking flow.
When is my payment confirmed?+
Your order is marked paid after Fena confirms that the Pay by Bank transaction completed successfully.
When is my order processed?+
Your order is recorded when checkout is submitted. Processing begins after Fena confirms that your Pay by Bank payment completed successfully.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping, delivery & returns
When do you dispatch orders?+
Eligible paid orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday are normally dispatched the same working day, excluding bank holidays and exceptional service interruptions.
Is shipping free?+
The website advertises free shipping on qualifying orders over £80. The delivery option and any charge applicable to your order are shown during checkout.
